How to get 6 pack abs- fast! If you’ve always wanted a set of flat, tight abs- your closer than you think! There isn’t one thing that will guarantee you six pack abs, but a few small changes from what you are doing today will get you there quicker than you think! Here a the top 5 tips on How To Get 6 pack abs fast:
1. Make small healthy changes to your diet- just start by replacing candy and junk food with a healthy alternative. This small step will cut out tons of empty calories and extra sugar, simple carbs and fat.
2. Eat 4-5 small meals per day. Aim for 3 meals and 2 snacks each day. Try to have a protein, a more complex carb (ie vegetable, multi grain wraps etc.), and a small amount of fat for each meal/snack. You could also substitute a meal or snack with a meal replacement shake/ power bar. This will actually cause your metabolism to rev up. Also, your larger meals should be breakfast and lunch with lighter meal/ snack towards evening.
3.A few minutes of exercise 3 days per week. This is isn’t as bad as it sounds. A few minutes of crunches & reverse crunches will do the trick. If you have a ab machine - you can use that also. This will develop your abs tone and shape. Now you also need to lose the fat around your belly so people can see your new 6 pack abs. Work up to 20 minutes a day , 3 days a week on either a treadmill, walking outside, elliptical or stationary bike. Vary your speeds from a fast walk to a sprint to burn even more fat. You can do all the exercise you need at home in less than 90 minutes per week!
4. Commit to these doing small changes for at least 21 days. This will make your lifestyle changes become a habit. You will start to feel better, look better, and it will be harder to go back to your “pre- 6 pack days”.
