I’m Getting A Belly And Man Boobs! What Should I Do?

Are you starting to develop the wonderful beer gut and man boobs that men get when they become lazy and don’t eat right? Do you want to avoid looking like a pregnant woman with breasts that could feed an army of infants? There are ways to avoid the inevitable and if you have caught yourself saying “I’m getting a belly and man boobs”, then it is time you started listening.

First, you need to start eating right. Most likely you are eating out too much including fast food, greasy burgers, fried foods, and all kinds of other garbage that is horrible for you. Not only does this type of eating promote the beer belly and man boobs, but it also sucks up your energy like a vacuum cleaner. You probably also eat white bread, white pasta, and sweets with refined sugar in them. These are some of the worst things you can put into your body because they have no nutritional value and turn into fat if you don’t burn the off. Avoid them at all costs.

I would even bet you drink a lot of pop or soda. Then, you are going to say, but I stick to diet and it has zero calories. Diet is worse for you than regular because it has artificial sweeteners that make you crave sweet things and can cause cancer. Regular pop or soda is horrible as well because it contains the one ingredient that has causes our entire world to become over weight, high fructose corn syrup. Avoid it all and if you must drink it stick to regular and only indulge once in a while.

Your diet needs to include a big breakfast packed with most of your carbohydrates for the day, a medium sized lunch with nothing heavy that is going to make you feel like a nap, and a small dinner with a protein portion and a serving of vegetables. You should also have 3-5 snacks a day of fruit, vegetables, nuts, or natural yogurt. This type of diet will speed up your metabolism, burn fat, and give you extra energy. It will take 3-4 weeks for you to start noticing a difference and the first week or so you might feel hungry, but it will pass.

Last, you need to be exercising. You should do 3 hours of aerobic exercise a week minimum and at least one weight lifting session of 30 minutes a week as well. Stick to low weight and high repetition to build strength. The stronger your muscles are the more fat the will burn and the better you will feel.

Follow this plan and you will never look in the mirror and say, “I’m getting a belly and man boobs” again. You know what to do and dedication and self discipline will get you there. If you need an extra push get a personal trainer to keep tabs on you.
