I guess you already how to lose weight but now you want to lose it fast? Losing weight fast is used to be hard and tormenting but since the introduction of the calorie shifting diet, things changed.

In the calorie shifting diet you learn that food is not your enemy and that if you eat correctly you will lose weight. By eating correctly I don’t mean that you have to starve yourself, you just follow a computer generated meal plan. To survive this scenario you need energy, lots and lost of energy and since your metabolism don’t know what to expect it starts using up your energy reserves. Those reserves are the fat in the fat cells.

If you try this diet I believe that you might think that something magic is happening to you. You eat normal portions four times per day. You have the energy to exercise, work or what ever but, at the same time you lose weight and we are not talking slow weight loss. You lose somewhere between a half and one pound per day. Per day!
